Excellent laser treatment service (especially laser treatment carried out by Ms. Sandhya Verma). Proper consultation with expert before starting the treatment, where everything was explained in a kind and patient manner. Easy set up of appointments - no hassle. During sessions, care was taken to take into consideration any excess pricking or heat sensation and the treatment was carried out accordingly. Good post-treatment care as well.

Took full body laser from Sandhya, she is exceptionally well trained in her work friendly had a great experience of taking service from her. Advise everyone if they are willing to take laser must take service from her.

Worse service!!! Cheater, cheap service higher amt. Never go to civil lines vlcc, do not take any treatment from them, they do fake promises to client during counseling or meeting but after receiving payment they say ' we did our work but your body is not alike that is you get low results. Do not take responsibility of their bad results but charged you full.

Laser treatment by Sweeti bajpai is best she is polite and does her work sincerely and same goes for Sandhya she does her work also very nicely as well as the staff is also very good. Overall the experience is very good.

This place is not at all recommended, booked for 4 hair, makeup and saree drapes, but apart from the makeup guy the staff was not skilled in the either of those areas, also had to wait in between dressup and makeup for almost an hour because of overbooked status. Also the staff was rude and went back on their word. Had the worst sort of experience. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!!

I had here many times..the staff is very nice and specially very cooperative.. Facilities and services are awesome..the products used are of good quality.. It's reasonable also..the head parul is also so frank even whole staff is so frank.. I had a wonderful experience..
