Left feeling lighter, but not in the way I expected. Precision and care seemed optional, and the experience felt more rushed than refined. If attention to detail is what you seek, you may want to keep looking. Some things should be smooth--not just the talking I got the waxing done from there in very unhygienic way . She only used two wax strips in whole process .it was a lot painful that usual. It was not worth the money.

Loved the experience so far, Went to NS4 3 times in total till now, satisfied with all the services, staff are helpful and understand your requirements, For example I wanted balayage with customisations and particular shade and Mohammed(the head stylist) did a fantastic job and it turned out to be better than what I was expecting. Hospitality is good too, They keep on asking if I needed something to drink . The young photographer (dont remember his name) makes awesome videos and chai coffee too, Enjoy your services with the awesome chai!! Coming to cons: I wished it had a separate space for ladies services and may be a partition would do, Products such as in pedicure could be added as well. Prices are little high.

Pathetic service, very unprofessional staff. We called them at 4pm and asked if we have to book an appointment, they said no mam it's okay, you can come. When we went there, guy on reception was extremely rude and said to us that u should had book an appointment. The guy who was doing hair cut was better and tried to normalise the situation. But overall pathetic experience at this saloon. Never gonna visit them again.

I have never seen such a rubbish salon they said 15 minutes waiting and made me wait for an hour and then refused the staff is busy looking at the phone all time I think the owner doesn't sit here

Haircut services are just mind blowing . I had a recent haircut which was given by IMRAN sir and beauty make up by SADHNA mam .I just loved their services .very soft spoken staff and thanku imran sir fir being the best hair dresser and sadhna mam for best make up artist. 5 out of 5 star services
