I recently visited and had an unfortunately disappointing experience with their eyebrow and facial services. The shaping of my eyebrows was uneven, facial was also worst Key steps of the facial process, such as steam and blackhead removal, were omitted. This left me feeling that the treatment was incomplete and not worth the price. These people behave like they sre so smart ..While the staff were unnecessarly friendly, the overall experience did not meet my expectations. I hope the parlour will ensure that all essential steps are included in their facial treatments in the future. Waste of money
