C-28 Salon is a nice, cosy and quiet parlour that you can visit for your beauty and wellness needs. The staff is polite and helpful; the owner, Sonu ji, greets her clients with a warm and friendly smile. I visit the parlour whenever am visiting my parents in Lucknow. I usually get waxing done along with a head massage and hair spa. All the services availed by me have been wonderfully delivered and I always walk out with a smile Mind you, it's not a fancy, overpriced parlour like the ones you come across nowadays, but for me it's always been substance over form. And C-28 is a perfect fit - warm, welcoming, providing top-notch services and great value for money :)
