Very disappointed with the behavior of the store manager. She was shouting at customers and her way of talking is extremely rude and unprofessional. I was waiting for assistance, but she was busy having lunch. When I politely asked for help, she responded arrogantly saying, "I'll do anything only after finishing my lunch." This kind of attitude is not acceptable in a customer service role. It creates a very negative impression of the store. Management should take this seriously.
