Worst service for nails. They took 2 hours and 2500 rupees and still could not set nails. 1. Nail paint was spread 2. 2 nails broke in less than 5 hours Pathetic. Should get refund. Very slow. Plus the staff ladies were poking their own pointy nails throughout the service despite several warnings

Worst customer service. They really don't care about the timing of their regular customers.. staff over there never listen and they even take a lot of time to respond on the smallest things. Today I went to the parlour sat there for half an hour no staff member came to ask anything and when i left then also nobody even bothered to ask anything.. I am a regular customer of this parlour.. but from past few visits my experience with them is highly disappointing.. Hence I have decided to never visit to them ever.. Moreover, they always keep on hiring new staff who will burn your skin while doing waxing and they don't even know how to do the basic threading.. I guess they keep trainers in there staff and no experienced person... Never visit to this place but if you want to waste your time and want to lose your dignity and self respect then for sure you can visit to them.. Earlier the staff was good but now they have the worst service... no manners no sense..

Laura's makeup is the best makeup.I really thanks ma'am for such a beautiful bride makeup.Laura's staff nature excellent .Hey girl if you want to prity smile on your face after your makeup then you have to go laura.

Such a lazy staff and poor quality work am really not satisfied with the work this is the bill for split ends but they take more than two and half hours and still work is not even good

Laura beauty mantra is best but Sneha is outstanding fabulous. Always she give her best to customer. I really very thankful to Savita ji and Sneha you both are excellent.
