Naina's saloon is one of the best salon and fitness center in the area. Naina ma'am provides all facilities at the center. I lost 25 kg weight last year. All the credits go to Naina ma'am .

I joined the gym and bought a three months subscription. After a few days, I did not even feel like going anymore as I regretted my decision of ever joining this gym. The environment is very dull, the equipments are inadequate and are barely enough to give you a full body workout. The trainers are novice and do not really guide you- in fact they're not fit themselves. I feel like I wasted 4,000 rupees :) do not go by the reviews. Join only if you wanna waste your money.

I have literally grown up doing work outs in the gym. A client friendly , secure, and a reliable place for girls and women who actually join it with a purpose . The staff I must say is more than humble and motivating. The gym caters to the need of cost-effectiveness.With marginal fees the gym provides the best environment with combination of machines as well as human workout. A must join for the generation who believes in fitness and health.

since 2003 I'm naina's gym member.. we work out in lovely atmosphere.. I'm more comfortable in this gym only as it's focused on ladies.. we are guided with right exercise.. machines are also suitable specially to ladies.. over all i like nainaz fitness very much.

It has been five years since I joined. The most appreciable thing about this gym is that it will drag you towards itself for workout.No more lazy lifestyle will endure you The environment of gym is fantastic. Very supportive staff,you will start feeling among your friends very soon. No more words can describe the goodness of gym, continuous five years says it loud and clear !!!!

Gym is well- equipped with several toning and weight loosing machines. Instructors pay individual attention to each gym member. The environment is friendly. Naina Ma'am is so fit and fine. And she encourages everyone a lot to loose weight and encourages to maintain the weight once lost. Keep it up Guyz..
