I really appreciate the friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere at this salon. Unfortunately, my experiences with their hair services have been disappointing. After two haircuts, I've found that the stylists struggle to understand my requests, despite my clear explanations. The cuts themselves have been uneven, requiring me to repeatedly provide guidance during the process. I felt this was not only frustrating for me but i also seemed to burden the stylists, making me feel like I was being overly demanding. As someone particular about their haircuts, I had hoped to find a reliable go-to salon. Not a complain but I offer this feedback constructively, hoping they'll take steps to improve their attention to detail and customer satisfaction.

Great facial services by Ms Renu. She was enthusiastic and highly professional. The massaging experience was extremely relaxing and I'd recommend every visitor to avail her top notch services.
