Visted the salon after taking appointment for smoothening with offer as 2000 for smoothening. After visiting they are saying you have to take keratin as well after understanding we said we only want to do smoothening and i wanted to cut my hair as well so keratin is a waste as said its our choice of taking keratin..the staff especially the girl on the counter was over acting.. if you can't claim the offer then don't put and make a fool out of customer wasted my time and energy .. they said they will not do my smoothening until i take their keratin( rude rude) Pathetic salon pathetic service.. get your attitude straight such attitude will not get you customers and be straight on point that after visiting you guys will sell your other services mention this in your offer stupid people..
