The makeup artist perfectly understood my preferences and enhanced my features beautifully without making it look overdone. The attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. Unprofessional and Rude Staff: The staff openly criticized customers for not having "good hair" and even mocked individuals with acne-prone skin. This behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. If their role is to enhance beauty, why did I spend so much money at their salon just to be critiqued for my concerns instead of being supported? Poor Hygiene: The salon was not clean, and the gowns provided were extremely unhygienic. Bad Makeup Services: The makeup quality was subpar and far from satisfactory. Irresponsible Service: The overall service was careless, and there was no effort to make customers feel comfortable or valued. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone seeking good treatment or a pleasant experience. Big name, little substance

I had my root touch up session from Shayna at the Makeover Salon . It was a very good experience at the salon . The way they understood the requirement and suggested best color option for me was very impressive. Shayna is very good at whatever she do . Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Shahina did an excellent job with my hair spa--she was thorough, attentive, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout the treatment. Divya also took care of my facial and did a great job. Both were professional and friendly. Shahina is the absolute best when it comes to hair spa. Highly recommend their services!
