The makeup was good but they had 0 professionalism. They were really rude. I booked the bridal makeup for my outstation wedding and they gave me all the problems on my wedding day. You can get many good MUA but one with good behavior also matters a lot.

This is in response to the long hate speech posted by MISS NAVJOT KAUR... M sorry to hear about her bad experiences , but as a loyal customer since past two years m totally against the claims she has made regarding the salon ... The staff as well as the owner of "THE ROOM " has always been at the very best of their behaviour ... They are always ready to help you with anything related to the services or the timings at which you need them... They make their customers comfortable and treat them as their own... I always recommend them to my family and friend's.. P.S. - this is coming from a happy customer

The experience was too good. The owner and the staff were real professionals . The whole set up including the ambience and the sophistication was exemplary. If I could rate them with more than a 5 star I would be happy to give a 100 stars. Keep it up.

My first visit to Room was for a correction in hair color, abhishek listened. ...that is big and when he was finished with my hair it was exactly what I agive me sk for. I would highly recommend him.
