One of the girls, PUJA was quite unpleasant. She had a terrible attitude towards service and dealt with customers in a slow and terrible manner even they don't know how to wear saare.They would accept payments online, but they had a lot of excuses when it came to refunds.

I had a wonderful facial with Priyanka! She was gentle, professional, and my skin feels amazing. Highly recommend her services!

So the service was very good given by anushka. But I'm giving 2 start becoz of d lady who is sitting on d counter with zero knowledge about the offers related thing I have gone there for facial n waxing so she just guide that we are having so many facial n even some r having 50 percent discount n she suggested me 2100 facial which has offer n I'll have to pay 1050 only so I was like okk so I take waxing, facial, threading,n forehead, bleach. So she firstly told me that ma'am u have to pay around 2620 bugs. So I was okk thn when I finish taking all d services then later on she make a bill of 3670 bugs telling me that ma'am thr was no offer on that facial means seriously thr is called professionalism n thn it's Lakme. So I'm posting this just to those u refers google review n go thr just like I did so plz first be sure about d price n thn proceed.

I'm fully satiesfied with lakme salon mainpuri And today I'm coming lakme mainpuri my makup done by renu she is very intelligent and my mani pedi done by priyanka she is very professional and my hair styli done by zeeshan he is suggested me nice looking And manager is very professional and polite behavior and salon was very need and clean thank you lakme mainpuri
