Worst experience. I asked for a service which was not available that day, so I switched to another according to there suggestions I wanted a hair gloss treatment with colour touch up , even in that I chose a lighter shade but without even informing they already used another one when half of it was applied. Long waiting time. No water in taps . They did nothing and then said either my skin is too sensitive even after doing with rica and also that I can't see a difference cause my hairs are frizzy. Very cool well said they were better before the treatment. Now to reverse the damage I have to do extra things for the restorage.
