I hope this message finds you well. I recently booked an HD party makeup session with your team, and I wanted to share some feedback on my experience. Unfortunately, the makeup was dry and cakey, making me look older than my actual age. Cracks became visible within 30 minutes of application. Additionally, it seemed that my skin type was not considered during the process, which contributed to the issues. I also felt that the attitude of the staff was somewhat dismissive and they did not take the time to ensure that the makeup suited my skin type. I was expecting a professional service tailored to my needs and feel quite disappointed with the outcome. I hope this feedback will help improve the service quality for future clients.
