I got my eyebrows done from one of the employee who has scarce eyebrows herself and had darkened her eyebrows. She did a terrible job and made the left eyebrow so thin and then wanted to do the same with the right eyebrow which she had already shaped to probably equalise the damage, inspite of me specifically telling her not to make them thin. Terrible terrible job.

Disappointing experience for hair treatment. Had gone for a hair treatment, stylist suggested to go for global coloring before taking hair Botox. Opted for perm. hair colot Loreal INOA, charge 3k for the color but the hair color was ineffective. Within 2 wash, color has stared to fade. For hair Botox (charged 5.5K) - experienced slow service, stylist was attending multiple clients, they had 1 dryer to work among multiple stylist, that added a lot of wait time. Not recommended for hair treatment

We have been their customers for over adecade now. I got my bridal makeup done from here. I absolutely loved my look. They do a great job.

She has no professionalism with all the staff and the owner shouted at me when I ask about my deposited money 500. she said it is cancelled because you are one month late. I asked her what is meant by cancelled I forget my money because I could not come due to my illness. But she refused my services due to an adjustment of the last deposited money. I had to return an incomplete haircut and pedicure. I had to give full money because of harassment of the whole staff and owner. Don't deposit any money in advance. She will deny it. I have a bad haircut small in size as I m a working lady and can not go outside with this small and rubbish cut. I needed only trimming on my waist-length hair. (itne chhote hair kar diye kahi or jakar b kya cut lu) But due to untrained staff, they ruined my hair. Don't go there..many parlours are in Mathura. Go anywhere but not here.

Didn't like makeup, don't know which products they use .I booked my Mac makeup but couldn't find any Mac products ,also the lipstick got faded so early. And it was way too expensive , not at all worth. The amount I paid and makeup I got was not satisfying at all. Really doubt their products.

Shahnaz name is being spoilt here, just a franchise with horrible quality of work, Had my nails done, the lady who did it didn't know how to do it due to which my cuticles starting bleeding, took good 15-20 days for it to recover Told Rema (owner of the place) about it, that i dont mind paying the money however as you can see im bleeding to which she said ma'am but it never happened to anyone here.... Your skin is sensitive.... Wow Gave the money and left I believe rest other reviews are requested and fake..
