Had a ok experience in their services . The spa people and hair massage was satisfactory . Also the face massage was ok my only concern is lack of professionalism in staff. They keep on changing as one person will put oil in your hair other person will wash your hair this leads to inconsistency . Also, one should look at the skin concern and work on those areas as during my facial I told the attendant to please work in areas where I have more blackheads but she ignored and I still had the whiteheads on my chin even after all the efforts. No Doubt the staff is sweet but definitely they need to add little professionalism even in the absence of monitoring . I also had an issue with the hygiene they maintain as they used dirty towels and the floor was all wet . And if they're equipment's fall on floor they use it again without even bothering to wash . I hope they will work on the issues and try to improvise it for better service in future Thankyou
