The staff member didn't seem knowledgeable about the products being used and was quite rough during the procedure, making it a very uncomfortable experience. Overall, I left feeling extremely dissatisfied and regretted choosing this parlour. The service was poor, the staff seemed unprofessional, and the overall experience was disappointing. I would not recommend and will definitely not be returning.

Owner had a bad attitude, didn't care about customer concerns. Staff seemed intimidated, service was subpar. Won't return due to unprofessional behavior.

Today I visited with my friend for upper lips cleaning... There was a girl name Prisha she calls herself manager of the saloon... She even don't know form where the light and AC will be turned onn..it's ok may be she was new... But the place was so unhygienic can't believe tht it's a VLCC saloon..such a dirty desk and couch was there.. When ms. Prisha started doing waxing on mhh friends upper lip she was so harsh..even the skin got peeled she was is pain..when I told her that you aren't able to do this properly she started arguing "ki mai staff nhi hu ajj sare staff off pr hai" even i ask her to call the owner mrs.Mayuri she said "vo bhi nhi hai mayke gyi hai apne" If you don't have proper staffing, management...thn keep the saloon close..if uhh have taken a franchise of such a big brand than this things should be maintained properly...

Unhygienic and unprofessional salon . There are no professional staff and had a wrost parlour Expreience . Yesterday I visit there for wax and the girl name prisha was so harsh on my skin which is left with bad rashes and burning skin .... Pathetic.. Never going back to there . ... And i ask them to remove my wax video from their posts but she didn't.... And only hide my face with emojis....

bakwas, ghatiya. They don't know how to do makeup or even basics of it. Shame on the branch

One of the best salon in the town. I have very good experience here. Staff are very friendly and trained. There premises is very clean and hygienic . I highly recommend it. Go and take their services you will not regret. Great work Vlcc Mirzapur

It's like 2 kg makeup on your face.... And when you complain they will make excuses like it's the problem of your skin. All other reviews are fake. They just ruined my wedding. They really need to understand makeup is not about making you look like white flour, it's about hiding your flaws and give shine to face.
