I give 1 star for services well done (by both staff girls), 1 star for nice staff, and 1 star for clear services and charges details. However, I had disappointing experience, I pre-booked my appointment for 2 mani and pedi's, in 3 hrs at salon, sadly had to leave without getting my manicure done, because they kept taking other clients in between which delayed our services. A bummer!! Even worse, they were unapologetic and told me that I wrongly assumed that they could handle services for 2 people in parallel. They couldn't do us in parallel all while attending other customers and doing ours one by one. It's important to be respectful of customer's time and kind to all your customers equally, try offer hospitality rather than arguing when failing to meet service completion in time.

The experience was topnotch. Just love the nails thank you so much for this amazing service.

I got beautiful nails from Sargun ma'am. Although I was confused but she helped me out through out, and I totally satisfied and happy!!
