AVOID!!!! My sister and I came in for a haircut, wash, and blow-dry, which were all fine. We also had our eyebrows and upper lip threaded. During the threading, the staff member mentioned a membership that gives 36% off services--but she never said there was a charge for it. When it was time to pay, the bill seemed quite high, but we assumed it was just due to the service prices. The receptionist assured us we'd get a full invoice with a breakdown. Only AFTER paying did we find out the membership cost 1500. When we raised this, the staff member denied ever leaving out the cost, which was simply not true. Very disappointing and dishonest experience. We won't be returning. On top of that they don't even do refunds due to their staff mistake ?????

Wanted to get facial and waxing done. Shaheen burnt my skin so bad that it still stings after more than 48 hours. She did not listen to ay feedback while doing the job, about wax being too hot or not pulling the skin properly. It was so bad that I refused to let her give me a facial. Her comment "karva lo mam, facial theekh se kar dungi", clearly meaning she knew she had botched up the waxing job and was upset to lose the facial. Also, she might be pinching facial products from the salon. When I was deciding on which facial, she suggested one that came in a sealed kit and was one per person. She carried that kit with her pretending to use it, but I saw an open kit on her cart of the same product. One can guess that once you lay down and can't look at the cart anymore, which kit she would have used and what would have happened to the sealed kit. I am glad I did not get any more services from this salon. Absolutely disgusting service and experience, specially in the beauty section. I won't be returning to this particular salon.

Good services and very nice hospitality...staff was very helpful..i took my pre bridal services from here and i am fully satisfied. Thanks to gauri, she is the manager and she helped me with all the services and bookings by constantly keeping in touch with me.

It was a great experience getting my hair coloured here for the first time. Shaan really guided me through the process and was super helpful in selecting colours. He was extremely efficient throughout the process. Would definitely recommend this to everyone who may be considering getting their hair coloured. Its been a while since I've taking services at Geetanjali Sector 44, and I am more than satisfied. Hair related services by Shaan are always top-notch. This place is a must-try. Really helpful and experienced staff.

The behaviour of the team here is not up to the mark. They misguide their customers by making false promises. I had requested them to 2 services to be done together to which they agreed but after starting the first service they denied the second one, leaving you of no where. Putting you in a situation where in you cannot even walk out of the salon with out any services. Very disappointing. I got stuck there.

Would definitely recommend everyone do visit this branch and get the best treatment well maintained.. proper hygiene and super amazing workthank you once again guys!!! Will visit again very soon

Omg I see they've removed my previous review Baal baal bachoo DO NOT VISIT THIS SALON IF YOU LOVE HAIR ON YOUR HEAD ,AND MONEY IN YOUR ACCOUNT you guys ruined my hair completely I'm posted review after 2 months of service your guys out some cheap chemical and outdated treatment on my head in the name of keratin and then put colour 3_4 times because of your unprofessional staff and bleached OMG you guys ruined my hair completely I'm hair fall breakage everything I'm going through and now I've to switch towards medical treatment Also please don't fall under their stupid offers . they're just making money through that, doing nothing .please save your self from this please and also this place is infrastructure disaster They don't have power backup as well Wasted my 16k andnbeloved hair REGRET AT FULLEST
