Highly unprofessional! Have been using services here for more than a year, had a an okay experience till last month when they had a trained staff (only staff) now quality of their services has degraded badly. Poor service quality (take a facial and you will feel like getting a face scrub only), poor time management (they will make ur eyebrows, will attend another client and will make u wait to get it next service), poor customer service (if u have paid them in advance don't expect them to be nice with you/tell them that u r not happy with the service you got, they won't even acknowledge that).

We visited today and had great experience with them .....the members are vary polite and have clear environment.

The first time I have visited this salon was too scared to get eyebrows done, but i loved the service. The staff are very handy and polite. My eyebrows done perfectly. I took cleanup as well. The charges are minimal. Thank You.

Highly satisfied with all the services. The staff here is quite pretty nice. All the staff is of very humble nature and profession at their work.
