Swagmee - Salon at Home, Beauty Parlour Services

Extremely bas customer service experience. Beautician are not trained to maintain even basic hygiene - fresh gloves not used. For hair dye, beautician was not even putting cover on shoulder unless asked. Cover put on shoulder was not cleaned properly ( would have expected new disposable cover for each client). Beautician was very rude and fighting arguing constantly. Even though loreal inoa service was booked, she was starting to put some other loreal product saying it's loreal. Would never ever get any service done from here

Poonam Sagar provided best and efficient service. It is my first experience with Swagmee and I am so satisfied how Poonam made us comfortable and did the whole waxing and facial procedure. Waxing was done with least pain. Facial is done perfectly with good products used. I am happy with the service.
