Worst experience. They will ruin your hair. They all keep selling additional service and even the owner/manager is all about selling products. Their service is also bad. Please recommend to stop going there so that they are forced to improve.

They have skilled and trained trainer but price is too costlier. They need to raise the quality of their services as this place is a huge foot fall inside Lotus Boulevard sector 100. Hair cut isn't as good as for men as per experience. I hope when next time I visit I will get quality service from their side.

Very bad experience with hair treatment nano plastia and Kara smooth. Even after treatment they take the complaint very rudely. Pls don't ignore.

Highly disappointed with the behavior of owner. They are rude, arrogant and cunning. Did not charge me for service they did wrong but did not accept fault, argued contra questioned of mistake and in a sugar coated insulting way they conveyed that customer and client's feedback has no value, which is unlikely to the behavior of professionals in service industry. Money does matter but customer satisfaction and professional treatment are much highly valued. Rates are very high, considering they are not salone chain. I would prefer a salon which a chain and has brand value if I have to comparative price. Will surely get better service and professional behavior.

Visited this salon for the second time and again my experience was really bad. I went for hair styling. The stylist was not at all good. He was pulling my hair so much. He didn't know how to do styling and when I returned home after getting styling done and my hair were looking normal as if nothing is done on my hair. I simply wasted my money. Hair styling was too expensive n was really bad. I will not refer it to anyone.

Visited this place for the second time and the experience is horrible. The prices are way high for low class service, they are not following the hygiene and using same blade for more than once , mosquitoes all over the place, also they are charging way too much for services and if you ask them about certain hike in the prices, they're replying that lot of things are changed now . Don't waste your time and valuable money on this bad serving saloon.

Very hygienic pace. I have always found it clean. The staff is very kind and professional. The barbers are good. They listen. See references and suggest references as well. Been a long-term customer. Was dissatisfied with the other salon in the locality, they charge more and were still not happy with their cut. Anyday, my first choice in Lotus. Must visit Volia Unisex Salon in Lotus .
