Everyone was professional and welcoming. It was my first experience getting a pedicure and hair wash and blow dry done with them and I'm satisfied with the services.

I was very disappointed with my experience . The staff were unprofessional. My stylist was rough, didn't introduce themselves, and basic hygiene practices were ignored. Customer service needs serious improvement.

This is my hair 3 days after of Nanoplasty, for rs 9000, for which they promised that hair will remain straight whatever you will do, they bent just after one wash. Now they are saying never tie your hair, is it possible in month of June? Or in case any month, is it possible to never tie hairs for a lady ? Also they are saying after every wash you need to dry and straighten your hair, seriously that is why I have taken treatment? This I could have done with my natural hair if I had that much time daily to spend on my hairs. Also they are saying after every night whenever I tie my hair I have to wet my hair and then again dry and straight them. Seriously I have given Rs 9000 for this so that I can make my life more difficult. Pathetic service, pathetic people, fraud promises and fraud services, this is what they are. I will request everyone of you to not fall prey to their promises and talks those are all false.

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon with Mr.Vinod. I went in with long hair and showed him a picture of the cut I wanted, but he completely disregarded it and cut my hair way too short. He was also rude throughout the process, which made the experience even worse. The final result was nothing like what I asked for, and I left feeling really upset. I would never recommend getting a haircut with Vinod if you're looking for someone who listens and respects your request."

Very bad service. Waves used to be one the best in Noida. But now the service and staff attitude has gone bad to worst. Please save your time and money and avoid this saloon.

I am taking hair and skin services from waves Noida from past 3 years and have never gone and cannot go to any other saloon now ever. The best hair cuts and colors and best of facials can be experienced here. I have never received more compliments for hair then from last 3 years since I discovered this wonderful place in Noida.
