"I recently visited Obarba unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I live in the US. My in-laws live their before Dewali I went there to meet them. My husband took me their Facials. She did a good job. After week I went again for my hair treatment. First thing she said to me "oh I remember you recently you did your facials but your face doesn't look like you did anything. I was confused. Did I spend 10k for nothing? Later I got to know she just wanted me to spend more money. This is so bad. After that she said she would clean my face and I said ok. She didn't do cleaning she did tanning. After that she offers me a cleaning again. I was like you just did cleaning but without asking me she did tanning. So want to add more service. After my hair was done she recommended some shampoo and I told her I was not local and the next day I had flight but she literally forced me to buy that shampoo. She kept telling me if I didn't use that shampoo my hair would be bad. I was very uncomfortable. She was very loud. I end up paying 15k My scalp is very sensitive. I used that shampoo twice now my scalp is very itchy. They only want to sell their services. Don't care about customer situation. The atmosphere was also not as relaxing as I had hoped. There was too much noise. They keep calling that lady(maid) very loudly. I left feeling frustrated and wouldn't recommend this salon to others. I had high expectations based on their online reviews, but my experience did not match. I hope they can improve their service and customer experience moving forward."

Just visited their salon but such a poor experience. These people are very mannerless and they only work for money but not for good customer experience. Very poor experience

Visited there for hair cutting for my daughter. It was costly for the time they spent on hair cut. Spacious though and has good interiors. Costly. Staff is nice. Wide range of options to choose from for groom or brides.

Love this place & it's atmosphere . The staff is friendly, warm and cooperative . They greet me with happy faces all the time. All staff & Nuzhat ji is a very sweet person & hair stylist. She suggested a beautiful haircut that suited well my face & change my entire look. Overall my experience was awesome.

I just had amazing hair experience at Q'BARBAS salon & Nuzhat is a total gem. She knows her stuff and is so sweet. My hair feels amazing. You should totally book an appointment with her. You won't be disappointed.
