This salon is disappointing not because of its ambience, but due to the rude and arrogant behavior of the owner. She lacks basic courtesy and professionalism, and unfortunately, this attitude has been passed on to her staff as well. There is no sense of hospitality or warm behavior, just a clear focus on money over customer experience. A salon can only do well when it knows how to welcome its customers and those who accompany them with respect and warmth.

Hi ... everyone... she is very unprofessional and arrogant doesn't have sense how to handle her clients and what they want... there are so many other artist who can provide best services. Very unprofessional staff who just have 1-2 yrs experience and doesn't have sence how to talk... abusing clients and many more things .. If you want to waste your money and spoil your wedding day then you may go to her ... you can destroy you look ... Very bad experience and her staff salon work very low class ... no good material and product... Choose someone else like Dhruvi and Hari .... Both r much better from her and she can accept her mistake ... She just spoiled my bridal look and not ready on time.. my nails u can see below picture which I have attached ...

My experience was very bad with this salon, salon owner and staff behaviour is not customer friendly and I also don't like their party makeup. I went there for wax and party makeup, waxing charges was too high. I would not recommend to go this salon.

The makeup, the services, the salon, the hygiene, the staff, the ambience, and what not I should praise you for. You are the best in Orai and I am glad to have such a group of talented people to visit on my special day. Love your work, highly recommended.

Not trained staff . Done worst wax . Way of talking very bad . Not recommended to anyone . Face damage by wax .and nothing suggested by your staff jab kuch malaum . And jab kuch gadbad ho jaye to staff ne btaya tha wrna koi dikkat hi nhi hai . Good common excuses keep going but do it to any one else u and your staff dnt care for your coustmer but we care our self . Strongly recommend to all please dnt take service beacuse at last ye sirf yehi bolenge mam/sir mere to staff ne phle hi bola tha but aapne nhi suna .

Dr. Shwetanjali is such a kind person. Her staff and her services are so beautiful. Love her work and love her interior of unisex salon. The rental store is also has the best collection.
