As I was suffering from high fever I tried to cancel my booking by just informing the beautician that do not disturb me with any further calls. Dont know what beautician informed the incharge ....in few minutes the incharge called me back again and just started screaming and shouting on phone that i dis something terribly wrong just by getting sick and and notable to attend the service.....really a very bad behaviour and very bad experience from allahabad..... Im not at all a new customer of yes madam but in allahabad i called them for the first time......people please be aware and cautious next time you book a service
