I had gone for a facial, pedicure and hair colour. Nikhat ma'am hd given me all these services, she didn't cause any hurry and was very patient with me, really professional behaviour and quality work. Worth the money.. but at the same time they take a lot of time they wasted 6 hours, I kept telling them I have a toddler at home.. time management is an issue, rest all is fine.

Bad experience as they don't have time and no attention if you have more bookings plz don't take more and let people go for other place and workers are fully over loaded it seems.

I had an amazing experience with the makeup artist at this salon Face Stories! Her skills are truly impressive, and she perfectly captured the look I wanted. The attention to detail and the personalized touch she added made me feel absolutely stunning. I received so many compliments, and I owe it all to her talent. Worst experience of makeup. I wouldn't recommend. Waste of money and time.

The parlour always offers a very comfortable experience. The staff is well trained and have great expertise. Shadma was very polite, accommodating and customised all services according to our needs. Kudos to the team! I would highly recommend this parlour in Rampur.

Very unprofessional staff. I went there for Acne-facial with my cousins and woke up the next morning with a red face and more acne than before. Very untrained and unskilled staff. They did not even know the products they were using when asked, let alone the brand knowledge. The condition of the salon was so unhygienic. First, the floor and chairs were so dirty with the cut hair all over the place and cream patches on the chairs and benches. Second, We were made to wear the "Used" use and throw aprons/gowns. Third, I was left Unattended with a mask on for 30 mins, and the mask was supposed to be taken off within 10-15 mins. Can't begin to explain the techniques used by them to take it off. Fourth, they were using dirty water and tissues to wipe off the product. Did not even bother to change. On top of it, they were accepting customers even when they were short-staffed and were not even able to give enough attention to the customers already there. No management at all. Hated every minute of it. Pathetic experience!!!
