Been there 2 times, first time experience was good enough but second time the barber was different and haircut was not worthy enough for 200. Every barber should be equally skilled if we are visiting such a well reputed saloon.

Pathetic Experience encountered with the Rampur Habib's owner today around 6:30 pm. I booked an appointment on 31-05-2024 for 5:45 pm. The AC of the salon room was not working which was quite evident/ noticeable post the hair cut started. It was extreme difficult to continue the services but unfortunately, there was no other option and the entire hair service was completed in that suffocating room with no workable AC. Post service completion, I requested the owner to provide some discount as an compensation against the hampered customer's experience. The owner immediately denied and asked for the entire payment saying that it wasn't their fault. I agreed to pay the entire amount but suggested: 1) to ensure avoiding such poor experiences. The owner should have proactively informed about the AC issue before even starting the haircut service, or, 2) should have arranged some alternatives to fight against that suffocating room in such hot weather. (Note: AC not working from the last 2-3 days) The owner came in a real defensive/ offensive mood and started arguing. I also requested for a feedback register where I can share my experience and improvements may be incorporated later on. To my surprise, there was no such register available and the owner asked to write my feedback on some loose paper. Such an extreme lack of professionalism. Finally, they managed with some old torned register. Later on, they asked my family background, my family member names. Seriously, it wasn't expected from Rampur, UP Javed Habib's Team. How can they ask my personal family information???? Please ensure alternative solutions, wherever possible, to maintain good customer's experience. Regards Unsatisfied Customer

Beautiful salon, excellent service. The hair products are natural and leave my hair feeling stronger and healthier. The salon also provides the best full-body massages. Highly recommend!
