Worst Worst Worst Salon! Never visit this place, I went for facial, hair cut and root touch up. They forced me to use a specific product and that gave me a severe reaction post facial. I had to go to the Dermatologist next day to get it treated, it was a severe allergic reaction. The salon manager was not at all considerate and charged full amount! Would not recommend it to anyone!

This Salon is doing perfectly well and satisfying it's customers as much as they are not ready to go anywhere else once they get used to of L'oreal services. I am a happy and perfectly satisfied customer. Conclusion : Best Salon

Worst service I got my hair straightened(smoothening) in April 2019. They assured that it would last for a year but after a month I could see some waves in my hair and just because I was not in the city for some time so my mom reached out to the person who is head of that salon for the solution so as to bring attention to this issue at the earliest , he spoke very rudely with my mom in front of customers. He doesn't have etiquettes to talk to their customers. He will treat you very politely until the service is done and if after that you face any issue then you will see the real person and how he behaves, I would say a word for him 'badtameez' beacuse I also tried to speak to that person when I came back , he should have provided the solution to this but he didn't even attend me and was giving excuses. I understand that sometimes it happens to hair..but the biggest problem is the behaviour of that person who is head there at the Salon. I don't recommend anyone , you can reach out to Hasan unisex salon for services(best forever in our city Saharanpur)
