FACE TO FACE FAMILY SALON

I strongly advise against visiting this place. Hands down the most unprofessional parlour I've ever been to. Let me share my experience. I asked them if they had white nail paint, and while waiting, I ended up removing my existing colour myself because they were clearly understaffed. After 15 minutes of requesting, they casually informed me they didn't have white nail paint. Instead, they brought out five cheap, dried-up bottles. The receptionist was incredibly rude, insisting we make a complete advance payment before entering the salon -- despite the fact that we had already made a partial payment for the services we booked. I've visited plenty of salons, but this was by far the worst. The makeup artist made my mother look like a dramatic panda, despite us repeatedly asking for simple, nude makeup. They're liars and cheats, and to top it off, the owner was nowhere to be found. I deeply regret wasting my day here and falling for their fake, bought-out reviews. Avoid this place at all costs.

Very bad experience. I booked her for my engagement and she spoiled my whole look. She dint had the eyelash suitable to my eyes at the last moment. How can you not be ready with such small things when somebody life event is in your hands and that person is going to remember this for all her life. She put layers of base which were so visible like cakey foundation put on my face. I can never forget what she did to my face.

NOT EVEN a ZERO STAR. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a saloon. I am writing this review as a warning to other people not to waste their hard earned money and your respect at this salon. A female at salon ( sorry, she doesn't deserve to be called as a lady) , may be she was make up artist, spoiled our brides wedding day. She was very very rude, literally shouting and throwing chairs . Imagine, we tolerated all this because it was a wedding day and we didn't have any other option at that moment. Ethically, the salon employees should treat all clients with dignity and respect. I don't think the staff have basic etiquettes or courtesy to even wish you or welcome you. Work was average. Worst staff. Worst service. I never recommend this salon to anybody. Especially brides, they should feel relaxed and happy on their important day , so should go to the salon where they are treated with love and respect. Feel special ladies!!! go to some good salon.

Make up artists and hair stylists are good at their work. I am satisfied with the work that they do. Please refer to the picture and you all can see the work done by them. The owner she justify her work and a hard working lady.. I appreciate the work.
