I've been a regular customer here for the last many years but now the quality and services have become much worse. They were much better in the initial days. Now it just seems like we're having a hair cut in a normal shop. Hair dressers give false opinions even when not asked so that they can make more money. I'd suggest you to improve in all segments so that you don't lose your regular customers too.
