I went for a facial and spa. The steamer wasn't working so only got a facial which was not at all relaxing. The water used was cold even after asking for warm water, I wasn't given anything to cover for the cold weather. The service is bellow average and the covid protocols completely 0. It is for sure not run by the owner because the service is the issue not the skills. I don't know how they have built a good repo.

Staff is very polite and friendly. Specially Shalini di Best in city. I recommend to visit once. Location is vry good. Everything is awesome. Best Salon
