Viva has skilled professionals and it's services are affordable. They are behaviour is very polite and good towards there coustomer. I took party makeup from here and got exactly what I wanted from hairstyle to draping everything.

Worst behaviour, worst service and that lady manager is also so rude to their customers. According to them, I have no right to wear party makeup, if it's for my own reception. It's mandatory to have layers of makeup look like bimboooooo.... you have no right to look simple... even worst makeup artist... do not go for viva salon anywhere in varanasi... all are same with worst service. They ruined my reception day completely

I visited this place for service which supposed to be underarms peel off waxing, upper lip waxing by peel off and half leg chocolate waxing. The funniest part is whole staff was suprise about peel off waxing like what kind of waxing etc. then after so much discussion they found it as brazilian waxing. Alright they discovered it but what the fraudulent thing was they charging too much money for it on the name of brand Rica wax and give the service of cheap quality plastic wax. When I said this is not real Rica wax they said no it's same brand with different name...lol...that wax peel my skin.... never suggest to go such places...if you are really pay a good amount for beauty services then go on for authentic brands like Lakme, Looks, Geetanjali etc in Varanasi

Rude owner ,that onion faced faced receptionist dosent know how to talk to people. Took so long and did a bad makeup and also all the reviews here are fake and done by them.
