**Extremely Disappointing Experience** I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at Beauty n Joy Sigra branch, near sigra police station, was so frustrating that I felt compelled to share. I lost my expensive watch while visiting their parlor, and when I reached out for help, I was met with complete indifference. I expected some level of concern or urgency, but instead, I was left to fend for myself. To make matters worse, one of the staff members, Maushima, was incredibly unhelpful and, quite frankly, rude. Instead of offering assistance or trying to resolve the situation, Maushima dismissed my concerns with an attitude that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone, especially if you value your belongings or expect any kind of genuine customer service. Such kind of unprofessional behavior is not at all accepted. All other satffs were atleast cooperative but maushima was completely opposite, she was rude, unhelpful and a liar as well. Not at all recommended.

The makeup was fabulous...I loved the look and overall hair style...it made me feel so gorgeous thanks beauty nd joy for the best service
