I recently had a very disappointing experience at curl's care. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that the employees were unprofessional and unbehaved. Despite the extreme heat outside, they seemed to have no regard for the customers' time and made us to visit twice or thrice even acknowledging our appointment. After multiple visits and being told conflicting information about when our services would be given, I finally had enough. They quoted a specific time for service and even after reaching at that time they were told to come after 2 hrs . This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable in any business, let alone a family-oriented saloon. I would strongly advise against anyone visiting this establishment. The lack of respect for customers' time and the dismissive attitude of the employees make for a very unpleasant experience. Save yourself the trouble and find a more professional and customer-oriented saloon for your family's needs.

I really want to rate my experience in negative. I went for a basic hair cut and the lady there chopped my hair unevenly. Charged a lot of money for literally ruining my hair entirely. The experience was so bad and then I had to fix my hair all on my own inspite of paying more than the usual charges.

Welcoming was nice. Barber was trained and knew what exactly suited for me. Well behaved, pricing was affordable according to the location and i ll visit again when needed.

Highly recommended for visit in this place. Better service in the Varanasi students and all.

Went for hair wash and threading. They are not even well equipped for general service like hair wash they literally poured water from bucket and mug i mean this was worst salon experience till date. And on top of that they dint have apt electricity connection for hair dryer. This salon is big No for any one.
