However, there were two aspects that I didn't appreciate: 1. *Upselling*: I felt pressured by some staff members to opt for additional services like facials, clean-ups, or hair spas, even though I only wanted threading and waxing. I understand the intent, but it made me uncomfortable. 2. *Billing*: When I asked for a bill, I was told I would receive it on my mobile number. However, I prefer a physical copy or a clear digital receipt. I kindly suggest that you refrain from pressuring customers into additional services. If we need assistance or information, we will ask.
