I had a very disappointing experience at O Barba Salon in Vinayak Plaza, Varanasi. The staff was neither professional nor well-mannered. They didn't greet or acknowledge customers properly, and their time management was terrible. Even after calling the staff multiple times, no one bothered to attend to me. The haircut I received was far from satisfactory. The stylist lacked skill and did not seem trained. For a brand like O Barba, this salon is ruining its reputation. Definitely not worth visiting--poor service, unprofessional staff, and a complete waste of time and money!

I went here for a haircut. I had long hair till my waist but wanted to cut it short with a new look. Neetu did my haircut and she also suggested some ideas based on the texture and volume of my hair. I have short hair now and I totally love it. Everyone who was hesitant with idea of me cutting my hair now asks me about the cut and where to get it. I would totally recommend getting a haircut from Neetu. Unfortunately there are not many reviews about her but she is a great stylist.
