Worst Experience Ever - Highly Unprofessional Behavior! I had the worst experience at Rama Radiant Parlour, Varanasi on 9th February 2025, for my sister-in-law's sister's wedding. I regret choosing this place, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! 1. Makeup Quality - Disaster! - The makeup didn't even last two hours. It turned black and started melting all over the face. - Instead of using Kryolan products, she secretly used Swiss Beauty, which is of much lower quality. - When we asked about the products, she started hiding them instead of being transparent. 2. Unprofessional and Rude Behavior - She forced me to take before-and-after pictures, even when I said I wasn't comfortable. No customer concern at all! - She misbehaves with her own staff,insulting them in front of customers. This was extremely uncomfortable to witness. - After completing our makeup, she forced us to leave immediately, even though we were three women with a baby. When I requested to stay for 10-20 minutes, she rudely said, "Ma'am, we have already exceeded the time. Please leave ASAP." 3. Overpriced for Such a Bad Service - We paid 1800 per person for this terrible makeup. - When we negotiated due to the poor quality, she rudely said, "We are not reducing even a single penny! I already gave a discount because of your sister-in-law." - She even muttered insults, saying "Makeup bhi chahiye, eyelashes bhi chahiye, aur paise dene nahi hai" (which was completely disrespectful). 4. Overall Experience - Never Again! - I traveled all the way from Delhi to Varanasi for this wedding, only to be treated terribly and given the worst makeup ever. - I paid so much for this terrible experience, and instead of treating us with respect, she was rude and unprofessional. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Horrible service, bad attitude, and a complete waste of money

It was very beautiful experience over here .I must say the staffs are very co operative and services are awesome .The owner is very professional and experienced .You can completely rely on them for any of the services either hair or skin .They have nails extention,micro blading for eyebrows,eye lashes extention too. Must visit once .

I got rebonding done from here by paying 3500, and it didn't even last for 2 months even after doing all care and required precautions. My hair quality has deteriorated badly and are always rough n tangled and not straight even after using loreal professional shampoo, masks and hair spa required. Completely useless. Fake products used. As my earlier rebonding was done from somewhere else and lasted almost 2 years with smooth and shiny hair. I feel like i wasted my money and spoiled my hair.

One thing I would like to suggest/advice/review that customer satisfaction is must which was not that good. They offerred few services in 2k which was pretty good. 3 stars for the massage and service during the offer.But you had to keep the slip which they provide with you to avail that offer. This time I forgot the slip and asked my sister to whatsapp me the slip so that I can avail the offer. The parlour refused to give the service as I was not having the slip. I asked them to manage and cancel my further subscription to avoid chance of fraud because that was my last day, next day we had to travel out of station ,still, they refused. I even asked them i will ask my sister to cut down the services which i will be taking on vdo call, but they refused. Owner was sleeping inside due to health issues. Earlier i went their for hair spa....they avoided steaming saying it will cause hairfall more and in last when it was about to wash my hair, the water in thier tank got over, assistant asked the owner to open pump, but she said to wash from bucket water,due to which hair was not washed properly,i had to wash it again. I was not about to write this hair spa experience but due to this slip scene This led me to write all the experience i had in radiant. It needs to be more professional, else the employees are good.

Services are top class and specially makeup is thr best part , and overall everything is too good ... I would suggest everybody to visit once and experience the awesome services and positive vibes too...!

Blownup headstress..i left my eyebrows incomplete..the time slot mentioned 7.30pm..it was 6.30pm..i appeared there...helper beautician attended me.then comes the head and directed to someone to close ac and all that as she is getting late.now comes..sit beside and saying to the staff its 6.30..I was aghasted....with this experiance!
