Everytime I place an order with Salonline, they do some mishap and I am tired of listening to their sorries and their free manicure as a way of sorry. Last week, I placed the order for advanced hair style as I had to go to a function. I asked for a simple fish braid. The beautician after doing my hair for 1.5hours told me she cant do it. I had a wedding to attend at 8.30 and she was telling me at 7.30 that she wont be able to makeup. I talked to her supervisor and still no results. She eventually ruined my hairdo and left. I later complained to their founder too but all in vain. He also had nothing except the sorry m'am. They have stopped caring about their customers at all. They think they can deliver shitty services and take advantage of that. I have seen all... completely ruined hairdo, burnt waxing done, pedicure cuts and very bad facial.... They are so disappointing and careless and have no regret of the pathetic services they are providing in lucknow.

Bad Experience! I had booked on salonLine for the first time,in Varanasi. I booked at 1 pm and the beautician arrived at 6.20 pm. Secondly, they just have 1 beautician under them as of now and they take appointments and delays the time slot. They don't communicate clearly to the beautician about the service they need to deliver to the customer. I booked a brightening facial and the beautician without prior approval from us, started using a bridal kit, and in the middle of the service she informed her head,They decided among themselves to change the bill amount and then informed us about the mistake. In between the service, the beautician mentioned nearly 5-6 times that the kit I used is expensive. She was not informed that she had to do Manicure also. At the end the beautician made my room dirty, the washbasin and the entire bathroom floor was watery..and she had an audacity to tell, "ma'am aapko Aisa nahi karna chahiye tha", because I spoke to her head. Please think twice before taking the risk to book a service from SalonLine, Varanasi. They need to work on their management and communication.

Recently I booked a service with Salonline. It's my first experience with them after using urban clap and many more like them. Firstly the booking process is smooth. Staff will keep you notified the moment they got your booking till the beautician came at your doorstep. They packages are cost effective even I got a free service along with my package. The staff is highly skilled in there work. Special thanks to Ashiyana I will recommend others to please give them a chance to serve you and trust me you won't regret. The free service they write in the package does not matter to them and doesn't matter the punctuality of time for them . The beautian was 1 hr late so, I could not get the service with the package . After talking from the office they are highly unprofessional and do not take any action of it by reducing the charge or rescheduling the service left . The beautian was Rajkumari.

Nice experience with Salonline. Facial excellent service her way of massage is super perfect she is really very good professional and perfect at her work. She was very friendly and at the same time took care of what i needed in my face.

This salon used to be professional and ethical, now their beautician doesn't even do their job properly. They used products without any precautions, they have spoiled my face by harshly waxing it and then they don't even have ethics to say sorry. Such a petty experience.

Itook appointment on 10 august.for manicure and hair cut..it's highly unprofessional on part of salonline .when the beautician was not an haircut expert they shud not have sent her..itold her to cut few centimetres but she shortened my waist length to shoulder length without informing me..n she did pathetic manicure..she denied scrubbing n massaging above elbow..this is highly unprofessional of salonline..ithink salonline shud be more professional otherwise they gonna loose customers.
