When I tried to contact them for a refund, they ignored my calls and were completely unprofessional. I would not recommend She & Me for nail extensions. One star is even too generous for this kind of service."

In year 2020 we got married and my wife went She n Me for makeup and they really did an outstanding job but now yesterday she went there for party makeup with two other girls and trust me they did their worst perfomance. Now they are into promoting their expensive makeups only and criticising her and others skin texture only Now the problem is why they book 2500 rupees makeup if their product is this bad which won't give good texture on skin. And yess after the makeup only all the girls skin was cakey. They need to understand that 2500 is also not a small amount to invest in a party for few hours only. Atleast they should do justice with the amount. Their only motto for the entire time to promote expensive make, demotivating about the skin and tone. We do understand that promoting their product is fine but have a limit you beautician cannot spend first 20 minutes just to convience the guest to upgrade the product and amount. The normal foundation won't make you look this much bad looking texture skin I don't know what product they are using which is that bad. Then they don't want to take guest advice or request. Honestly the makeup quality was poor and not worth of 500 rupees. They have become a good brand in Varanasi but now need to work on Their service and staff. Don't teach them only to get more money from client. Focus on the service first

Extremely disappointing experience with the reception staff! Their attitude was incredibly arrogant and dismissive -- the kind that screams "I know it all." I have sensitive skin and always use my own products. I specifically requested that they use mine for party makeup, made it clear I was happy to pay the full price without expecting any discount. But they flat-out refused and were adamant about using their own products -- without offering a single valid reason for their refusal. They told me they have the same brand that I use but that was super expensive! The lack of flexibility and empathy was truly frustrating, especially when dealing with a genuine skin concern. Not the kind of attitude or service you'd expect from professionals.

Recently I have visited here for my sister engagement makeup, and they really did the great job, i don't know very much details about the makeup, but my sister was extremely happy and by seeing her happy I know that the are extremely good in their job,for hospitality 5 star, staff behaviour 5 star, ambience 5 star, professionalism 5 star. Recommended to everyone one.

Got my party Makeup done in this salon yesterday for my sister's marriage. Unpleasant and unprofessional attitude was shown by some of the girls there. Firstly their ac was not working, 2ndly they got irritated by photo shoot of the bride . I don't know what's is the name of that girl who came in the end to stop the shoot, but she should learn the basic way of communication especially with a customer as your parlour runs because of us only.( The very fundamental rule for a business to run successfully) . Don't give a damn attitude works at your home baby....not at your workplace ( especially when you are running a profit making business). And one more thing...They have learnt the art of confusing customers with their existing packages and try to convince them to upgrade the package at the time of service. (Damn Unprofessional attitude) (And most importantly we understand this gimmick of marketing. Don't try to fool us. Lower your attitude and be ready to get the same if you fail to do so.. Poor experience Although the service I was provided by my makeup artist is very good( I appreciate that lady) Bridal makeup of sister was also But overall experience is worse because of that one girl 's don't give a damm attitude

My experience is so pleasant with their hospitality, ambience and services,they are so professional in ther work, and I am fully satisfied by their service, i recently visited for facial and hair treatment they have really very excellent hair expert in the salon, please do visit and get their service to feel more beautiful and confident.
