Viva Beauty Salon - Best Bridal Makeup Salon in Varanasi

It was my 3rd time service from Mrs. Milli she has given worst service I don't know why such popular salon have a staff like her i suggest that she should not give any service. She is not good nither in hair service not in skin care even she is not able to wash hair properly i request viva team to give her proper training or it would be best to replace her. Worst experience up to this date. Both the girls in reception have lost the courtesy to talk. Plain replies, zero enthusiasm. Asked for a good haircut for my mother, suggested a pain trim. In the end, they didn't have the change of 500, told me to either pay online or wait for 30 minutes for change. Very sarcastic answers, no empathy. I've been asking for appointment for hair highlights for the past 2-3 appointments, but they never had the time or people to do it. Worst experience ever. I've been a customer over the past 4-5 years and this is how they treat us. I will never go back again.

It was a lovely experience at viva salon Pandeypur. Loved their services...staff are very cooperative and soft spoken. I got my facial and waxing done by Aklema (very comfortable to talk with) and pedicure was done by Pratiksha (very good and interactive)

They provide good service and price is reasonable. Staff behaviour is good they speak to everyone politely. Neha is too awesome .i didn't feel any pain when she was doing my threading and uper lips . Overall experience is good. I highly recommend to everyone visit here for any kind of beauty treatments.
