Absolutely Horrible Experience - Never Going Back! If I could give ZERO stars, I would! This parlour completely ruined my makeup and my entire day. I went in with clear instructions and reference photos, but what I got looked like a child's failed art project. The so-called "makeup artist" had no clue what she was doing--wrong foundation shade, patchy blending, mismatched lipstick, and cakey contour that made me look like a clown. They used cheap, unhygienic products despite charging premium rates. And the worst part? They had the audacity to act like they were doing me a favor! No professionalism, no apology, just attitude and excuses. Save your time, money, and sanity--AVOID this disaster of a parlour at all costs.

This parlour completely shattered my bridal dreams. I trusted Face and Grace with my big day--and they turned it into a nightmare. The makeup was so bad, I looked at myself and almost cried. Patchy base, clownish blush, lipstick bleeding like a horror scene. Even the emojis I'm using isn't enough to show how bad my day they made. And the most pathetic part? The lady doing my makeup actually said, "Mujhe log Parul jaise bolte hain." Excuse me? Even Parul's assistant wouldn't make this mess! Stop insulting professionals by comparing yourself to them. They charged me like it was a celebrity booking, but worked like it was a makeup trial in a school play. Dirty brushes, expired-smelling products, zero blending, and absolutely no grace. One line: This place shouldn't be in business. Avoid Face and Grace like your life depends on it - because your LOOK definitely does!

I opted for the engagement, bridal and reception makeup service at Face n Grace Salon, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The makeup artist showcased remarkable skill, paying attention to every detail. The result was stunning, enhancing my features without feeling heavy. The team's professionalism and dedication contributed to making my special day even more memorable. Highly recommend their bridal services for a flawless and radiant look. I ruined my friend's makeup on her best day. I did a very bad makeup. I even broke her jewellery and ruined it. When did I not suggest that after giving so much money to someone on their best day, they do such bad makeup.

Services we took - Party make-up (Mac 7k) for 2 days & Engagement (12.5k - highest available) & Bridal makeup (18k - highest available) for my sister. Total 56K makeup costing. 1. Staff are very unprofessional & they have unethical ways of working including the owner Akanksha. If you haven't taken any bridal facial from them before, on your big day, they will not start your makeup giving some lame excuses unless you get the facial done . These super talented folks don't even understand that we should NOT scrub a sensitive skin, we had a very tough discussion on engagement day and they kept the bride waiting for 3hrs, made her take facial service and scrubbed so hard on her pimples that it bulged out on the same day. 2. If your skin is not good, they will de-motivate you to a level as if they all are beauty queens. I would specially like to tell AKANSHA (the owner) & her staffs to learn some etiquettes on how to talk to clients & above all, Be RESTPECTFUL towards others' looks too, you all are NOT Miss World either! 3. While doing makeup, they work in a very rough manner. Even if you feel uncomfortable with eye - makeup or something, they will very conveniently keep ignoring your voice. So again to OWNER & Staff - DO LISTEN to your client, you cannot keep doing eye -makeup when somebody is constantly saying that something has got into her eyes & its troubling a lot. I hope you guys are LITERATE enough to understand that nothing comes at a cost of eyes. 4. Very poor hairstylist. They keep doing the same hair styling to almost every second bride irrespective whether it looks good on you or not. And on top of this, they won't listen to you either. It took lot of time to us to get some satisfactory styling. 5. They have a very decent nail paint artist, I think this is the only service that went smoothly. 6. Party makeup was decent. 7. Bridal makeup was also decent but they charge saying that bridal & engagement makeup are airbrush but they don't do airbrush makeup. They are just trying to fool people with these jargons. So, guys please do validate if they have airbrush make up set up before you opt for it. 8. After all the tough discussion on the first day, second day they were okay. 9. They will pressurize you so much to avail their services & buy products from them. This feels like harassment after sometime as they will not understand whatever valid reason you give. To summarize, they do good makeup but at a cost of mental harassment. Choose WISELY!

Hello Akanksha ma'am, Ma'am, I had booked from Kannauj for wedding makeup at your Kamachha studio. Honestly speaking, ma'am, the make-up was so good, the make-up was so subtle, everyone appreciated your talent and the cleanliness in your work, ma'am, the viewers became fan of your work. Really ma'am, the make-up did not spoil till 9 am and many thanks to your working team also. Everyone was very co-operative and polite. Your team gave priority to work. It was 11:00 p.m .. but they finished their work. They didn't spoil the work in a hurry. A very big thanks to you and your team.

I am in love with face and grace makeup. Akanksha mam as always did a great job and i can never forget to mention her hardworking and creative staff specially Aanchal who made my day more special. Thanks a lot everyone
