Terrible place - never go here. This is the worst salon I've ever been to. They charge too much and give awful service. The staff has no idea what they're doing. They even lied about free services and made me pay for them. It felt like a scam. Stay away from this place.

Located upstairs this barber shop is typical western style. Though the price says 100 below, I feel I was charged 130 because I am white. Typical racism in India. The haircut was good and my barber did exactly what I asked. Would I return? Maybe not. I felt a bit slighted, but the haircut was good and tipped 100.

Not recommended for men. Cost 330 for a head massage and haircut in which he didn't do my desired style and didn't use the machine for the massage which they normally use.

My husband went for his shaving routine ok so basically.... I don't know.. What's wrong with them every time he goes for a shaving routine he has a cut.... If you don't know how to control the razor why do you even hold it sir.... Already there are enough diseases spreading and you guys can't control your razor and cut the skin...... What is this Tho I have always had a pleasant experience overall...tho the price is very very high as compared to the other salons..if you can't work. ...please don't charge...shaving problems for my husband always happens.... Please do not cut skin... While shaving.... Be careful... And stop looting

Barber out there don't know how to cut hair, so basics and simple but they charged like 5 star salon. Owner should send their barbers for training. They can't give proper shading to your hair and aren't able to cute same style and cutting of hairs on both sides

Really bad experience, they don't know how to do simple haircut and don't listen to what you ask. I never had haircut bad like this... On top of that rude staff and bad customer service. PLEASE DON't go there, any street hairdresser will do better than them

The only decent quality driven salon in vrindavan. Though there might be once or twice an incident that might not be satisfactory, however, still the way the staff handles such situations is commendable. It's the people that matters most, especially in service industry, and Big Boss has its strength in the staff that they currently have. Good job to all. Keep it up!
