Worst experience ever. The manager was very rude. She did not even care to ask what package agreement we had signed with her while booking and did not instruct her staff about it. We had booked huda and nars bridal makeup with her and all she had was nars foundation. She did not even had any other product of these brands and used non- branded makeup on the bride. The blending was not good and she did not knew what contouring means. Would never recommend this highly unprofessional and rude so called MUA. Bride had to ask them to remove her makeup at least 3 times and redo it and still not the best makeup she had wanted. Very cheap and rude manager. Do not go here if you care about your skin and time.

Horrible experience!! Someone suggested me this parlour for my bridal makeup as I'm not from Vrindavan. I had booked for Huda Nars makeup with HD look and they are so unaware, unprofessional.. they did MAC makeup on everyone taking huge amounts blindly. I had to get my makeup removed twice and the third time they just did garbage job. This was my special day and I didn't have a decent looking makeup on my face. The manager was very unprofessional and was shouting like anything. They were just getting done with their clients and not focusing on their look. They were not talented to even know about the products they are using or any of the techniques. The same makeup goes on everyone irrespective of their outfits.

Rude and unprofessional manager. Ruined my special day and skin by removing and redoing the makeup multiple times and still not the satisfactory job. She only had nars foundation and nothing else for huda nars makeup and used cheap products on my skin without asking me if I have any skin allergies. Worst experience ever!!

The worst experience ever in so called professional artist and places ..... The manager or owner whatever and the staff is just so rude ... They don't even have coordination with their team ... The manager or owner don't even know the booking details and the mandatory details .... I highly don't recommend to go their for your best day of life.... It'll make your best day to worst day..... If they'll not accept that they are polite with their customers they are totally wrong and egoistic...

They came 1 hour late on both days despite conveying well in advance about the timing via both message phone. We got late for our events only because of their delay. I would not trust this makeup studio for any special day because they are highly unreliable. We had to call them at least ten times for both events and they just kept delaying.

Best experience in vrindavan, sheetal is a makeup artist, she is very humble and polite, best in her work, make products used by her were also branded really happy and satisfied with your makeup thanks sheetal,
