Big Master

Had appointment but still have to await for 1 hour due to less staff presence . If the staff is low i would have given another time worst service by big master .

Pathetic service. The guy was in a hurry to go home and did my temporary straightening in 15mins. Was showing me attitude when I asked him why are you taking a bunch of hair to which he replied does your hair look like this before. Whosoever is reading my post, please don't go to big master saloon in subhash nagar dehradun. Usually when they apply hair mask, it is to be left for atleast 5mins. In just 2-3mins he washed my hair and so haphazardly he detangled my hair that it started hurting me to which I don't utter anything. Hair straightening is so poorly done, i have straightener at home. I wish I would have done at home only myself and would have saved 400rs.

I am rating the salon 3 star for the following reasons Positive points;- The place is very neat and clean and the staff behaves mannerly.. Recommend for Haircut.Hairspa and cleanup Negative:- The staff 2 times made my eyebrow worse ..and even I got the cut both times on my eyebrow and on top of that she made my eyebrow thinner Please note that they make eyebrow good but it is that one lady who destroys it and she is not doing anything to rectify it ..my sister and I both had the same experience with that lady

Gave a great haircut in record time for a really decent price :) The stylist could have been slightly gentler though!

Worst parlour..i had the worst experience here..they took full charge for smoothening and the result was worse cause instead of applying cream to full length, they applied half of my hair..when I went to complain that my hair is still Curly on the lower side they said they will call me..but they didn't..worst parlour ever,waste of money..

One of the best salon in this area. Specially the hairdressers exactly know thier job. Me and my friends always prefer this place for haircut and other parlour related facilities. Keep doing this great work.

Superb man.. i just love the output of complete messy hair .. i went with my friend, and he had haircut, beard, and hair shower in 250.. i haven't got the hair shower still my cost of cutting is the same.. But still.. I'm very satisfied... I request you ki shower vala jo charge tha vo ap un talke vale bhaiya ko dedo... he deserve it...
