I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. We booked a makeup artist, but instead of coming herself, she sent someone else who did a terrible job. The makeup was so bad that we were shocked. To make matters worse, the barat (groom's procession) had already arrived, and we were running late due to their inefficiency. When we asked for a refund, they flat-out refused. Instead of taking responsibility, they wasted more of our time arguing. The makeup artist took three hours just to half-prepare the bride, and still, the makeup wasn't good. The salon staff's attitude was unprofessional, and their excuse was that "this is what you get for the price." They even spoke poorly about the bride, which was unacceptable. My advice would be to avoid this salon at all costs. If you can't deliver quality service, it's better to close down. Ruining a bride's special day with such makeup and then blaming her for being upset is unacceptable. Don't risk your special day with them.
