I would have given a 3-star rating if not for the experience with one person, NISHA SIDDIQUI. Heena and her team are polite, cooperative, and listen to your requests, ensuring you get the makeup and hair you want. However, NISHA (sister of Heena), one of the owners, provided a very poor experience for me and several friends. She even argued with her colleagues and displayed a major attitude issue. NISHA insisted on her own ideas for my makeup and hair, ignoring my repeated requests. She did sub-standard work and then passed the responsibility to someone else after she messed up with zero ownership. Her conduct was extremely rude. She gave me curls, sprayed hairspray against my wishes, and then refused to make any corrections, claiming she couldn't do anything further. The curls lasted only 20 minutes. She strictly adhered to the package, refused to use a dryer (claiming only men know how to use it), didn't bring basic tools like a comb, roller brush or hairpins, and was overall very disrespectful. Heena and her team should be aware that one individual can damage their reputation. Until meeting NISHA, we had referred this parlour to many friends, resulting in significant business for them. However, we might not do so in the future. NISHA needs to improve her customer service. While the rest of the team was good, the feedback for NISHA was consistently negative from all guests during the wedding events.

I got makeup and keratin service from here the staff is amazing and reasonable price as well.
