Big Masters Salon has been my go-to for 7-8 years now. The clean ambience, trained staff, and decent prices make it a top choice. Consistency and quality define this salon - always a satisfying experience!

It is always a good time to get your hair done at big master - Ballupur . Advise on choice of hair color and the technique used by Shobi ji (one of the senior hair stylist ) is very practical and genuine . Recommended.

I got a hair cut from Salma today. He did an amazing job and was open to listening to my points too. The person named Golu washed and massaged my hair. They were very gentle and I almost fell asleep haha! Would 100% Reccomend this salon to people. They are affordable and great at giving service.

The worst salon I have ever visited in my entire life. They will charge you hefty amount and the result will be zero. I got my hair treatment done for the amount double than any other salon. My hair looks even worse. I visited them four times after that to fix them but they kept on delaying and then finally denied. They don't have the acceptability of any feedback that is being given to them. I told them if your hair keratin looks like this then please take a picture of it and post it on your Instagram account. They denied the same because somewhere they knew that it is not a GK keratin they have done. I would recommend everyone not to visit them for any such services. The products used are duplicate and not even original. The only way to recover the amount is to reach consumer court where they will have to pay heavy fines. Moreover, I was a regular customer and still this is the behaviour that they have shown. It is so disappointing that their staff, owner or even their interns are all not ready to accept. I am posting the pictures of my keratin and see this is what it looks like according to the BIG MASTER SALON.

Worst place i have ever been to, i asked them for nail extensions and hair cut, for nail extensions i asked french tip, coffin shape, but the worker didn't even know what coffin shape means, i even showed the photo pf the nails, but she was just saying it will be the same, and then they filed it in square shape, only till filing, she took 2 hours, and then while using nail paint remover , she mistakenly put the liquid in my eye, worst experience ever, nd the moment i sat in my car, as per the photo, the nails just came out, will never recommend this place

Worst makeup i ever got done for myself... literally ruined my skin tone and the makeup was too cakey and patchy that it could not mix up even after hours , totally not worth it...i wouldn't recommend

One of the best salon at GMS road, it's been 12 years to having their services..all time favourite staff is Shobi.. Humblest owner of Big Master. Just loved it!!

I went with my mother, staff is so nice and professional and service they provide was amazing. Big Master gave us nice experience. My mother felt so good, it's worth visiting. I will highly recommend.
