The worst place I told them to cut my hair in shoulder length and they gave me a bob cut like are u crazy or what and then said 1 ponytail can be made. Like they are doing stuff according to themselves while my hair was Been cut the workers were continously laughing while working and they didn't even clean the mess or something and people like me who have insecurity or feel like others judge u don't go there.

Yesterday I went to cloud 9 staff is very good I had waxing nd khushi done really a good job it was not at all painful Thanku nd Rakhi Dii did a very good threading I love the service done by both of them

I went there yesterday. A new person cut my hair, using no clips nothing, didn't even part my hair. I hadn't touched my hair for a year so that I would get a good hair cut. He chopped them off, nowhere close to what I had told him and showed him as well. Amjad is his name. He knew literally nothing. I had the worst experience. Went there on a friend's recommendation. I literally cried after that. My long hair are now cut weirdly, not even uniform. Never go this place. You will regret it.
