Cloud 9 Salon Ring road

The saloon it's very nice, everyone in the staff is very polite and helpful. This salon is my go to place, be it anything any service . All of them are amazing at their work , especially Aftaab sir , he is really good at his work . I'm always satisfied with their services .

I had a disappointing experience at Cloud 9 Salon, Ring Road, Dehradun. I went for a root touch-up, but even after the service, some of my grey hairs were still clearly visible. The staff didn't seem attentive, and no one even bothered to offer basic hospitality like water or tea throughout my time there. Overall, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I won't be returning

Amazing service! The staff is friendly, skilled & attentive. Loved the warm & welcoming atmosphere of this salon. My Makeup artist , Nandini ma'am is incredibly skilled & knowledgeable. And all other staff members is friendly & talented. Great experience overall !

Recently I visited Cloud9. I went for a hair cut and hair spa. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend it! The staff was very polite, professional and welcoming. I would be returning soon guys

This is the worst salon i ever visited. Got face wax done. The lady burnt my whole face and charged 500 rs for face wax. She was waxing my face as if its legs. My whole face is ruined. The skin is peeling off its leaving mark on my face. I won't recommend it to anyone. I was continuously telling her, the wax is too hot but she was warming it up till it's steaming hot. Hate the experience.

I can't even begin to describe how terrible my experience at this salon was. I went in for a simple haircut,but what I got was nothing short of a disaster. The stylist cut my hair way too short--nothing like the picture I showed them. Not only is it way shorter than I wanted, but it also looks absolutely awful. It's uneven, choppy, and just plain ugly. I'm disappointed and feel completely frustrated. I left the salon in tears, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the heartache and go somewhere else. Worst salon experience ever!
